Andrew is one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs. He has built, acquired, and sold multiple seven and eight-figure companies. He's advised thousands of businesses on growth, marketing, and strategy, from sole traders up to household names such as Crittall, Eurocell, DEKS, and Everest. With decades of hands-on industry experience, Andrew founded TradePal to give every tradesperson the tools to succeed with confidence.
Business Development Manager
Ross is TradePal’s resident tradesman, with first-hand experience of the challenges on-site and the after-hours grind of chasing leads and managing a business. Having worked in the trade since the age of 16, he now runs Knightstone Developments alongside his role at TradePal, giving him a unique perspective on what tradespeople really need. Ross works closely with businesses to identify where time and money are being lost and puts clear plans into place to fix it.
Marketing and Customer Success Manager
Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client services, including seven years at Purplex, TradePal’s parent company. She has managed marketing and growth strategies across several different trades. At TradePal, Kelly’s role is simple: to make sure every client gets what they came for. She translates goals into clear actions and practical outcomes that make a difference.
Marketing and Events Assistant
Grace is responsible for campaigns, events, and marketing activity at TradePal, making sure everything runs smoothly from first idea to final detail. She has a knack for bringing people together and opening doors, whether that’s through community events, trade meetups, or marketing activities.
SEO and AIO Manager
Martyn makes sure tradespeople get found online, generate leads, and spend less time buried in admin. With over 20 years in sales and five years specialising in search engine optimisation, he helps businesses dominate local searches on Google, so whether someone’s after a new boiler, solar panels, or a complete home upgrade, you’re the first name they see. He also leads our comprehensive suite of AI tools, cutting out repetitive tasks and freeing up time so our trade partners can get their evenings back.
Head of Performance Marketing
Ruslan specialises in taking marketing strategies and putting them into action. He runs the lead generation, ad campaigns, and sales funnels that keep enquiries flowing, using automation to save time and cut out wasted effort. With a sharp eye for data, Ruslan checks what’s working, what isn’t, and, by tracking every click and call, makes sure any marketing spend generates a steady stream of quality leads.
Technology Manager
Kevin is the technical backbone of TradePal. He keeps the systems secure and running smoothly, from protecting against phishing threats to managing website safety. With decades of experience in technology, he makes sure tradespeople can rely on the tools we build without worrying about downtime or data risks. Kevin also plays a key role in building our automation tools and is available to help tradespeople with technical support when needed.
